Michael Giancola was thorough in his detailing of our requirements, each step of which we reviewed together. As Part of this process he also worked closely with our builder and architect, gaining their respect for his practical initiative. Overall we are grateful for the commitment and professionalism by Mick and his staff in achieving an excellent result.

We recently had our kitchen renovated and from start to finish Mick and his team have been professional; communicated well with both ourselves and our builder; were always on time and exceptional with their service ... not a mean feat in the middle of a pandemic when supplies were at times difficult to come by and various pressures and difficulties experienced.
My advice to any future clients is to gather as many pictures of what inspires you; visit various showrooms which will open your eyes to trends and products; list functionalities that are important to you and the rest will be taken care of.
Artisan can make whatever your heart desires. I am extremely OCD and very particular with what I wanted ... the end result is a timeless and beautiful kitchen, professionally made and installed.
So impressed we will now venture into renovating my husband’s study and gym, as well as other cabinetry throughout our home.

Michael was so good at listening to our design ideas and giving us his best recommendations and making them come into reality. Our new home boasts a magnificent kitchen with plenty of cupboard and drawer space which incorporates a scullery that can be hidden away when not in use.
He also offered design ideas with a complementing colour scheme for all vanity colour’s in the wet areas of our home. Michael and his trade’s people were very respectful and professional which made our experience both relaxed and stress free during the whole building process.
